so many things!

This entry will be a condensation of the things happened these few days. :) So many things happened. It has been rather packed for me la. But I think it is very nice! Keeps me busy :)

1. Chalet

After our Business Statistics examinations, Glenn and I took Bus 74 to take MRT as we are going to Yeow Nam's area to buy food for our BBQ Chalet. Talked a lot with Glenn and realised he loved economics!!! OMG. The sibject i don't like much zzz. hahaha. But the weird thing happened was that enqing took the same train and went into the same cabin/area where we were sitting. What a coincidence. As he was talking to qian jun on the line, I was like wondering why this guy looked so familiar. Then i was like thinking it looked like enqing - maybe his brother? haha. It was HIM la. Then he was playing with his thumb drive and i was like =.=||||| so busy on the phone! With who? Qian jun lo... hehe.

hmm later then blog. cause lib closing le... hehehehehe

So it was like he was on the phone with the in love face on the phone lo. lol. We went to giant to buy some things lo. Later took bus to yeow nam de house. haha

From yeow nam's house there, we bought more bbq stuff and glenn left for home while me, jansen, and enqing went to eat at kfc. Personally, i think the O.R. burger by kfc is for small kids. hahah. i bought it and i regretted. LOL!

2. Volunteering workshop. 5/3- sunday

BA cares gave me an opportunity to experience training by some social workers and we chatted a lot about youth issues. The workshop was very enriching and quite fun too. We were like asked to do some lame events to freshen everybody. some where like making animal noises, singing songs and many more. So fun!!! hahaha.

After much discussion, i realised sth: as a volunteer, you cannot give yourself undue responsibilities. When you cannot promise sth to a person, you cannot bluff your way through. . When things get overblown, we might be overimplicated when we are involved in the thing.

I also tried to find ways to liase with other organisations- in this case - MWH :) The people were having this sports day and i am going to discuss with them. :)

3. Kbox -6/3

Had kbox with peising, michelle!! :) At first only peising only ar. LOL. Michelle came in lo. Sang a lot!!!! We sang from 2pm till 7pm. they all were so tired lo. lol. Later i went to ding tai feng to buy some food. Some xiao long bao and stuff. I ate some japanese food (yakitori balls and rice) and it was so yummy! :)

I just love k box. Although its a bit ex ar :)

4. meeting with chuan -7/3

Today we met up for this common goal- plan for a bbq. We had lunch at this japanese food place and had this tepanaki chicken with rice. So nice!!! liked it a lot:) Chuan and i had a hard time deciding wad food to eat.

Later, we went to giant to look at prices of food. Meanwhile, i went to hardware shops to look for a special 2pin plug. My 2pin plug is from USA as i recently bought it frm USA. Stupid usa! give me this ugly plug and cause me so much trouble. In the end, i bought it from some $1 from in Clementi. I was so jumpy after seeing the plug that fits!!!!

That was about it. Chuan and i chatted a lot ah. Anyway, our plan kept changing

Chalet > BBQ at WCP > Steamboat@ marina

I thought we could have a chalet as i had this $50 chalet coupon for a 2day 1night chalet. But it cannot be used during school holidays :( So sad! We hence wanted a BBQ. But for the BBQ, response was low and for more convnience, we agreed on steamboat@marina :) This process was not a short one and we we rather disappointed by many things as many people were not so interested. Haix... hahaa

5. work @ mediacorp

I went to school and saw mrs choo. Mrs choo v bad suah! Wanted to talk to her but she turned me down and i left the proposal with her lo. I wanted to lend the use of Kismis fields to MWH for their upcoming soccer tournaments with jamiah home and stuff. Such a disappointment for me~! i went to lib and did some net surfing. did some mail checking/replying...

Later, back @ mediacorp, when i reach the reception, i see wires hanging here and there. I thought the place on renovation!!! Then cannot go in le? No la. It was open, except it's on renovation. The place looked so different! LOL. Work was rather slacky. Finished work at 8plus when knockoff time was 10pm
hehe. :)

6. interviews 9/3 to 10/3

I went for 2 interviews the first 1 was at middle road
