Camp Day 1

When it was about 7-8plus, we were quite prepared and headed towards LT73. Too bad we did not manage to get table and chairs from estates. So the LT outside were all the SFs sitting on the steps, welcoming the participants.

Mr Mun, ex BA deputy director gave his speech on the camp and the introduction of CCAs followed.

Qiong ping was like very nervous during the presentation as she could not pronounce some of the words clearly due to tension. Leo's president Usula was also quite lost when she did her presentation? Then BP-NP mentoring did a good job! Rotaract - glenn used a funny accent to present. i preferred his ordinary voice though.

Then it was ice breaking sessions! Wei tai and i were looking for places to wash the tumblers-igloos. After some PRing with the cleaners upstairs, they let us wash the igloos! yay!!

Lunch followed. Then Weitai and i were having fun preparing the drinks. especially the shaking part. So fun. We always break into laughter when we shake the drink lor. hahahahhaa
After that, we were scrambling around the ERS club house to find for tablecloth, flower for Mr. Ben tan and ms joyce's sharing. then weitai finally found this nice thing to prevent the flower from dropping.

What an achievement when we saw the materials available! Wahhhh. :)

Mr Ben Tan's sharing was like very BA? I hate to say it but sometimes ar. when giving such sharing, no need to like talk so much about the past trips. sounds like some publicity efforts for BA Cares overseas trips lors. haix. if it is the BA Happy hour, then i think it is ok bahx. hahaha. later the LT was like damn quiet when it was Q&A. Amy was kind to ask many qns to keep everyone entertained. hehe.

Then it was adventure ropes and we went back to HQ to slack. hahas. very fun. at first we thought of preparing cold water for them. but we started to prepare too late and we let them go water cooler to drink water.

next, it was the brainstorming session? I think we were somehow busy with something... i think food bahx. so we had fun preparing the food until we had problem with getting hot water. We found out astro got 5 flasks and we kope 5 from them and boil water.

The unhappy thing happened around this timing lors. stupid kpoh poly forum girl. then it was like our hot water - we had lotta probs preparing it. The flasks were very dirty and there were weird particles floating in it. So weitai and i drained the water and made a new set. The water quality significantly improved liao lors.

Then this poly forum girl was kpoh and heard us talk about the water. Her itchy hand went to test the water. Somee harmless particles were spotted and she accuse say water dirty le. I at home also sometime see a little bit of partiles. They are very harmless de lors. Wahhhh. really very angry. So she was screaming must put milo powder to cover the tracks.

This solution was really very stupid as we do not have a proper ladle to stir the hot thing. OMG! Wah. really angry. Then everyone started to throw the milo in. Result? Weitai and I tried our normal method to mix the stuff but it leaked. =( the floor was wet. weitai was slightly scalded.
This thing really dampen our spirits lors. Supper was extremely quiet. weitai and i were like grumbling over the incident. the stupid girl still can dare to act nothing and look at us with the "not my fault" face.

the day ended with debrief and bath! :)
